Returns + Exchanges

Download your return form here and submit with your package. We cannot accept packages without the form.

RETURNS

  • Domestic orders (U.S. and Canada): Merchandise must be returned within 14 days, starting from the day you received your order. 
  • International returns: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Item(s) must have no visible signs of wear, such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 
  • Must be in the original packaging and Soul Fetch tags must be attached. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • We recommend shipping your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records. 
  • Please understand that returns that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back to you. 
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
NON-RETURNABLE
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Intimates and bodysuits.
  • Accessories and jewelry.
  • Items under the Soul Fetch exclusive tab.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • If your order complies with our return policy, a refund can only be sent to the original payment method. 
  • If you no longer have access to that payment method, you must contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. 
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days to be credited back. 
  • Original shipping charges are NOT refundable.

EXCHANGES 

  • Our items are fast-selling and limited. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to exchange it for a different size. We encourage you to look at the size guide and product details before placing the order to help guide you. 
  • If you think an item may sell out, we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. Soul Fetch is not responsible for any shipping fees, lost or untraceable shipments. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. 
  • All exchange items must be returned in its original condition with Soul Fetch tags attached. 
  • All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, no visible signs of wear, such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

DELIVERY DAMAGE
If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please contact us via email with all the information: info@shopsoulfetch.com.

INCORRECT ORDER
If you have received an item outside of your order (an incorrect size or color), please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the items. We will send you further information on how to proceed.
